Payment Terms

All content, strategies, and materials created by Visibility Ventures remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their website content and data.
Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice:
- 30 days notice for ongoing monthly services
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated

- Technical limitations of client websites
While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
